Ready to eat ?

Thanks to Pret Milton Keynes
Mike Baldwin from the Woughton Group collected them for us, and to our surprise, there were dozens of them in all shapes and sizes.
Do you know what a crinkly old bag is ? We do…
No more slogging away with the loaves, spread and fillings for us Lads!
Our customers were a bit less certain about some of the fillings, and particularly circumspect about the insertion of spinach and salad items into their usual bland fillings.
Hopefully as they get used to the choice and change of fayre,we might convince them that ‘Fresh Food’ doesn’t always come from McDonalds and that chips are not one of the five fruit groups.
Just for now though, we won’t be providing a sandwich board (pun intended) with the wrap of the day offer.
We still have to make all the sandwiches on a Weds though :O) but it is good fun.
Saw your work today at MK station – it’s fab. Will think how best I can support you… I’m spreading the word on Twitter too! Good luck, well done, and thank you for being there.
HI everyone. It may be that we can get Pret sarnies on a couple of other nights as the charity that collets Mon to Thurs seems to be a bit unreliable. I’ve had a couple of calls from Lena at Pret. The thing is…..what do we do with them? YMCA??…Foyer in Wolverton (that’s where we take the Saturday load. Ideas on a postcard….MIKE B
